These terms describe the basic rules for using Tandem. By using the service, you agree to them.

Tandem is a configurable multi-panel workspace that combines media, notes, timers, drawing surfaces, and low-attention companion activities. Features may change as the product develops.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use Tandem only in compliance with applicable law and the terms of any connected third-party service. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, evade access controls, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.
YouTube and Google
YouTube connection is optional. When you connect an account, you authorize read-only access under the permission displayed by Google. Your use of YouTube remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google’s applicable policies. Google or YouTube may limit, suspend, or change their services independently of Tandem.
Your content and local data
You remain responsible for notes, drawings, links, and other material you enter. Workspace preferences are stored locally in your browser. You should keep separate copies of anything important because browser data may be cleared or lost.
Availability
Tandem is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, compatibility with every device, or continued availability of third-party media and APIs.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tandem’s developer disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending access
You may stop using Tandem at any time. You can disconnect YouTube from Tandem, revoke access through your Google Account, and clear Tandem’s site data from your browser.
